Aviation Cargo Transit Services, Ltd. has been based in 2005 especially for project realization on creation of the modern customs terminal at the area of "Riga" International airport. Owners and personnel of the terminal have 9 year operational experience in the field of air cargo transit at "Riga" International airport.

Aviation Cargo Transit Services, Ltd represents the customs terminal for transit air freights at the area of "Riga" International airport. The terminal consists from a warehouse equipped with all necessary for reception and processing of transit air freights and modern office. 4-storey building in which except the company are Riga Airport State Customs, State Sanitary Border inspection, etc. The terminal has been placed in operation in the spring of 2009.

The terminal is equipped according to safety requirements of EU and USA.

Aviation Cargo Transit Services, Ltd. development plan is outlined until year 2015, and is divided into 3 major stages.
Stage 1 – construction of modern terminal – has been completed at the spring of 2009.
Stage 2 foresees growth of operations to the full terminal capacity of 60,000-70,000 tones per year in 2-3 years period.
During Stage 3 additional warehouse will be constructed with average capacity of +40,000 t.

Aviation Cargo Transit Services, Ltd. provides air cargo ground handling services for pallet and bulk cargo such as processing of air cargo at customs warehouse, consolidation and storage of cargo, x-ray scanning, import and export cargo documentation, custom clearance, rent of office rooms.
